During the visit, we document existing conditions, flag anything that could affect the work, and help you prioritize what truly needs to happen first. Then we quote your job the way we quote every job: one exact flat price, on-site, with parts and labor all in. No ranges, no hourly estimates, no surprises later — you approve one clear number before any work begins, and that is the price you pay. If you move forward with Propertifix, the $49 is credited in full toward your approved work, so the visit costs you nothing extra. Every job is then backed by our one-year workmanship guarantee.
